Few comments:
1. Your executive summary should briefly talk about the proposed idea for the new website too. Something like your single minded idea and what will be done based on this idea.
2. Suggestion for Moodboard: to add in some visual of oversea visitors having happy holiday here. You may want to give some typo sample too.
